Hey Goal Getters! đđœ Itâs Coach SherĂ©a, and welcome to this weekâs edition of Goal Tip Tuesdayâwhere we focus on one intentional shift to help you set, pursue, and actually achieve your goals.
Todayâs tip is one that many high-achievers tend to skip over (especially if youâre always focused on whatâs next). But itâs one of the most life-giving, clarity-boosting things you can do on your journey:
List everything youâve achieved or learnedâeven if you didnât reach the goal itself.
Yes. Even if the goal didnât go as planned.
đŻ Progress Is Still Progress
Letâs be honestâsometimes we fall short.Maybe the deadline passed.Maybe life happened.Maybe you changed directions halfway through.
But that doesnât mean you didnât grow. That doesnât mean you didnât win.
đ Ask yourself:
What actions did I take that Iâm proud of?
What did I learn that made me stronger, smarter, or more prepared?
What habits or mindsets improved along the way?
These moments matter. And when you take the time to list them out, you remind yourself that the journey is valuableâeven if the destination shifted.
Try This: List Your Wins
Hereâs a quick journaling prompt you can use this week:Think of one goal you didnât reach. Now list everything you gained from trying.
Examples might include:
New skills you developed
Relationships you built
Courage you showed
Systems or routines you improved
Emotional growth you experienced
When you see it all written down, youâll realizeâyou didnât âfail.âYou grew.
And those lessons? They donât disappear. They roll over into your next win.
Final Thoughts
You donât have to wait until you cross the finish line to celebrate.Celebrate the mile markers. Celebrate the momentum. Celebrate the YOU that kept going.
Progress isnât only measured by completion. Itâs also measured by transformation.
đŻ This Weekâs Challenge:
đđœ Choose one goal you didnât finish and make a list of every win, insight, or skill you gained along the way. Then ask: What can I carry forward into my next season?
